Children have grown up and moved out so as the years go by with no happy sounds of laughing kids. Mum really lost interest in updating. Years went by and this three bedroom ranch style home had become run-down and silent until a son decided to move back with his family. The "new" residents decided they wanted to make the home take on a new, modern look as well as create the happiness that had existed in the days gone by.

Two months after the work began Tasman completed the project according to family wishes. Beginning with the huge family kitchen  with white laminated bench-top to match the beige colour walls and cupboards. Clean and bright, now it's ready for Mum to create delicious family food again.

The big family room will soon be refilled the rosewood furniture and the matching timber bar will reopen in time for the family to invite friends to enjoy the new spacious rooms with  polished floors in cool surroundings of this delightful home.

The bathroom and bedrooms have been renovated and repainted, and happily our "new" old family will have joy and happiness again in their "new" home.
