The three bedroom high post house was in very
good condition, but growing family members needed
more space. After discussing with Tasman's
designers, the owners achieved an economic way
to have all the extra space they needed. |

It required excavating nearly
100 tonnes of earth, replacing all the posts and
building reinforced stone walls to turn the new
space into a beautiful ground floor home with main
bedroom with Ensuite and two bedrooms. A
delightfully fitted ceramic tiled kitchen, dining
& family room, bathroom and laundry under the existing house. |

The bedrooms are
air-conditioned to allow everyone have sweet dreams
in the hot weather! The floor to ceiling cupboards
were built-in and store all the family goodies in each bedroom.
Built-in study area and dressing table take care of
"every body's needs". |

The Ensuite and bathroom floor and walls
ceramic tiled with the coloured matching listello
(border), the owner selected the bright orange colour for the
lovely children's room and elegant grey for the
master bedroom to provide restful emotions and a
wonderful night's sleep.. |

Double windows to allow
ample light into the ground floor kitchen with
plenty of cupboards space to store every all
kinds of food and kitchenware. New cooking top,
wall oven, microwave and range hood to remove
unwelcome odours and smoke allow the lady of
the house to have a clean environment where
its easy to prepare delicious food for all the
hungry family members.
