HOHOLA:  This was an old one bedroom house with damaged walls, windows and no real living area. After extension and renovation the home now has splits levels with a master bedroom and Ensuite, two extra bedrooms for the kids and a new tiled bathroom/toilet, a family/TV room, separate dining area and kitchen with servery.

The old kitchen was stripped and fitted out with new cupboards, ceramic tiled benchtop and servery with colourful splashback. A tiled floor and skirt covers the floor and inside the cupboard floor space to protect food from insects.

The new split-level extension has heaps of room for a family. On the left is a view of the kitchen from the dining area. Bottom left is the family room with TV alcove and below is a view of the dining area and breakfast bar with a view to the kitchen. The whole area is light, bright and colourful.
