EAST BOROKO
This 80's style home was extensively borer infested. It was necessary to demolish all the internal wall and ceiling lining and cover strips. All was replaced before being painted to the new colour scheme. After completion, the living area was transformed into an attractive family space for all to enjoy.
The wall and ceiling of the shabby old bathroom was repaired.
Floor, skirt and walls was expertly tiled ceramic
tiles in fashion design with blue "listello"
strip. A new bathtub, shower- base and
Caroma pedestal hand basin with mirror was installed.
The old tired kitchen was refitted
with new cupboards using the original doors and painted to new colour scheme.
Splashback shows off the blue "listello" strip
on white. Benchtop tiled with black
granite tiles & sealed with epoxy grout. The floor
and skirt laid with ceramic tiles
completes the finishing touch. A brand new
kitchen in classic modern style.
