The Islander Village
owners wanted to extend the accommodation for
the benefit of family members and friends. The
new extension encompasses a new grand
entry also by our designers. Entrance includes a
double skylight, imported timber doors with glass panels,
and a entry court yard fitted with double security grill doors.
With pillars at the entrance that give the home
a new and entirely individual and luxury look
that makes the home unit outstanding among its
neighbours. |

| We fitted a new
granite bench top to the original timber cabinets,
re-tiled the splash-back and fitted new
down-lights to brighten the kitchen and provide a
sparkling new look without major expense. |
The newly tiled main
bathroom was fitted with a 2 seat
spa/shower, a toilet suite and vanity unit
with mirror and makeup light. The Ensuite
has been fitted with an imported glass panel
shower unit, toilet suite & vanity unit, together with owner-selected colour scheme
with ceramic tiled floor and walls to create
luxury feeling.

colours to go with the new polished steam treated
bamboo floor impervious to insects and borers
