| A Four Mile property. Was
dilapidated and empty for a long time until the
owners, Bank of Papua New Guinea, selected Tasman
builders to do a complete renovation of the four
by two bedroom units block in Hodava Ave
Boroko.

After 3 months' work,
the building
has a brand new look |

In each bedroom, the old cup-boards were upgraded. Floor was vanished or tiled with the re painted wall to match. Modern new colours gave the old dark units a bright new look. The "Happy colours" look great and give a feeling of warmth and fun! |

The original kitchen was damaged and was in serious need of rebuild.
Tasman design team selected opal grey Laminex
for the bench top and cupboards Tiled splashback
in alternate velvet blue and daffodil yellow with sunset
red grout contribute to the spectacular look.

The new hand basin, shave cabinet , shower bath
and toilet suite was installed, floor was tiled to match, just a little decorating
by the owner will provide individuality and
charm to the bathroom.
